Brasserie Max's Sake Martini – Cocktail Guide
To try something unique, enjoy this sophisticated cocktail. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and complements small pieces of parmesan.

30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin
15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine
15ml sake – select a smooth, medium-bodied variety
Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
